Return Requests
You may return products within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

Your order number

Your name and contact information

We will respond with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Items that have been worn, used, or washed

Items with odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Items missing accessories, product tags, or original invoices

Shoe or accessory boxes not returned in original condition (e.g., with scuffs or damage)

If You Receive a Faulty Item
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the defect

Email the photos and your order number to our customer service

Upon confirmation, we will begin the return and refund process

If Items Are Missing from Your Order
If you find your order incomplete:

List the missing item(s)

Send a photo of the delivery package (box or bag)

Include your order number

We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

Return Shipping Fees
We initially cover the return shipping cost.
However:

For customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund

For our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), a full refund will be issued with no deductions

Returns from Remote Areas
If you're in a region where our courier cannot arrange pickup:

You must return the item to our U.S. warehouse using a trackable shipping method

Contact our support team before shipping for return instructions and approval

In cases of company error, reimbursement for return costs requires prior approval

Refund Processing
Refunds may take up to 10 business days after we receive your returned item.
Refund process:

Return arrives at our U.S. warehouse

Item is inspected and refund is approved

Our finance team processes the refund

Refund appears in your account within 3–5 business days after processing

If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us with your return tracking number.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Return Address
All returns must be sent to our U.S. warehouse.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the full return address and instructions.
